Design and construction of all of our equipment is performed in-house. All systems are fully tested prior to shipment to reduce project start-up time. IES continues to maintain state-of-the-art equipment to provide customers with the best service and systems. Mechanical designs are produced using Solid Works and electrical drawings are produced using AutoCAD. We maintain the most current versions of software for most PLCs and Operator Interface Terminals and are experiences in programming all major brands of these devices.

Founded in 1985 and still based in Montgomery, AL, IES has enjoyed constant growth and good customer credentials, opening our first branch offices in Baton Rouge and New Orleans, LA in 1997.

IES became the first authorized system integrator for DVT Corporation in 1997 and has since become proficient most all of the major visual inspection technologies; in February 1998, IES purchased the manufacturing division of Metra Corporation and now offers factory-quality repair and support services as well as conversions to other OIT platforms and to PC-based HMI software packages.
